I Have Good Reasons to Drink Distilled Water

I do this because I need to take many pills daily

There is no shortage of types of water, but what kind of water meets my special needs? My choice is to drink water that has been distilled. I’ll tell you why.

I have to swallow numerous pills every day. A lot means almost 50 pills daily. That’s a lot. I must take each and every one of them without getting sick.

For example, I developed osteoporosis and have needed to get down calcium osteoporosis supplements every day

Because of the side effects of some drugs I have been required to use, side-effects have occurred. I have to take more pills to counter these ailments. One situation is that I have gotten osteoporosis and have been required to swallow calcium every day.This is because of sustained use of Prednisone, because of my Crohn’s disease. So now I have to get down two additional calcium osteoporosis pills to help with my osteoporosis. That is the reason why I must take so many pills each day. As I swallow these pills, I cannot help but notice chemicals that have been added to our tap water.

I do not understand it, but this area gets water with lots of chlorine. I can really smell it. I get legally required and published water analyses that tell me the district’s water has a lot of chemical additives. I am often very concerned.

Of course, there are chemicals in our water, because the water flows out of nature. However, some of the other stuff is shocking. The water district covers a large area, and they have to make sure that our tap water is safe to drink. Check out the information that your water company gives you, and you’ll see what I mean. Sometimes I would rather not know, yet I’m actually glad I read them.

With water that has been distilled, I can take all my drugs and vitamins

A while back a friend arrived for a holiday and we talked about water purity. Because he travels for a living, and he commented that he usually brings purified, distilled water. Why distilled, I questioned? He said that it’s the only water knows is pure. Besides, you can purchase it in any food store.

I thought that was interesting. In the past, I had just used distilled water for ironing. After this conversation, I’ve had even more intestinal problems. Due to my health, I now have to take more pills. Besides my medicine for Crohns, I also must swallow supplements and vitamins, including multivitamins and iron along with a calcium pyruvate supplement because of dietary deficiencies.

Because of Crohn’s Disease, I’m very affected by odors that cause me to get sick. Therefore, it is best for me to use only distilled water, because I must always take all my drugs and supplements each day.
